What is included in the ready set?
ELECTRIC MOTOR XP04
It is a clutch gear motor (resistance-free). Such motors are characterized by very good efficiency at low speeds. Especially recommended for constructions used up to 25 km / h, especially in very hilly areas or in heavy bicycles. Like every gear motor, this one does not like off-road riding, riding mainly on the lever and driving at speeds of 30 km / h and more, so if you are building a bike for such a ride - do not choose gear motors - you will wear them out quickly. Choose a gearless motor - we especially recommend for such constructions a powerful and trouble-free, even at high mileage, Mxus 30H motor
The length of the additional wire in the front is 1.2 meters, while in the back it is 0.7 meters.


RIM
The set includes a reinforced rim for a V-brake and Disc. Available in sizes: 24", 26 ", 27.5" and 28/29"
Reinforced, riveted, chambered aluminum rim, black.
Intended for use in electric bikes. It works well in city vehicles as well as for less demanding off-road driving.
SPOKES
2.5mm black spokes with silver nipples.


LACING
After purchase, you will receive a laced and centered wheel ready to be mounted in the bicycle frame.
Remember that even the best laced wheel requires check the spokes after driving a certain distance. Usually, the first tightening of the spokes is carried out after the first 50-200 km depending on the driving style. If the spokes are starting to rattle, it is a sign that they are on the wheel and should be finally correct.
CONTROLLER
Sinewave controller compared to classic squarewave controllers allows for a smoother ride, reduces energy consumption and makes the motor quieter.
Controller is equipped with a hermetic HIGO plug.
The controller has the ability to connect a front light, a rear light and a Bluetooth module from our store's offer.


DISPLAY
The set includes KT-LCD3, KT-LCD4 or KT-LCD8s
Display with button panel for KT series programmable controllers.

Safety - The battery is maintenance-free because all control over its operation is exercised by the BMS (Battery Management System). The built-in BMS with a power of 30A protects the battery against excessive discharge and overcharge, optimizes battery operation and balances the voltage between individual cells.
Simple assembly - The battery case includes a rail with holes intended for installation in a bicycle frame. Additionally, the set includes rivet nuts and screws enabling strong installation of the battery. Additional stabilization on the frame is provided by 4 plastic pads.
Convenient use - Slide the battery into the rail and lock it before sliding out by turning the key. With one move, we can also dismantle the battery and move it to another place for e.g. charging or transport.

What is not covered by the warranty?
- Errors in installation or incorrect mechanical maintenance
- Thermal damage (overheating of the motor, controller, phase connectors)
- Independent modification or repair of set elements
- Consumables (wear items): Hall sensors, power cable, axle, bearings, gear module and clutch.
- Mechanical damage caused by incorrect use of the product. E.g. damage from falls, excessive mechanical loads
Each battery in the nexun.pl online store is covered by a 24-month warranty.
The warranty covers:
- Cell damage
- BMS damage
- Capacity decline (over 15% per year)
The warranty does not cover:
- Errors in assembly that do not comply with the instructions or workmanship
- Improper maintenance
- Mechanical damage (cracked/broken casing, melted connection terminals, etc.)
- Changes in the product's operating characteristics depending on weather conditions (temperature)
- Water damage
To maximize battery life, use the following recommendations:
1. Fully charge the battery after each ride
2. Fully charge the battery every 3-4 weeks when you do not use it, e.g. winter break.
3. In the autumn and winter (temperature below +12*C), lithium-ion batteries have a lower capacity (by max. 30%) than in the summer, which results in a shorter range. This is normal. During this period, do not use the full power for the first 10-15 minutes of riding.
4. Do not charge the battery with a current higher than 3A.
