Earning and exchanging points
The loyalty program for registered retail customers is valid from 14.02.2024 r.
  • Buy and earn points. Spent 10 PLN(approximately 2.3 EUR depending on the current exchange rate) = 1 pts
  • Exchange points for EUR 1 pts = 1 PLN(approximately 0.23 EUR depending on the current exchange rate)

Our Loyalty Program makes shopping in our store even more attractive. Each retail customer registered in our store can collect points for product purchases and opinions provided after completing the order. It's up to you what you spend your collected points on.

You earn points when you shop

We will appreciate your every activity in the store. Each purchase in our store is rewarded with points in the Loyalty Program. The number of points depends on the price of the product purchased. During the purchase, you receive information about the number of points awarded for the purchase of a specific product.

Exchange points for EUR

If you already have loyalty points on your account, you can exchange them for EUR in your order. 10 pts is 10PLN(approximately 2,3 EUR depending on the current exchange rate).

How many points do I have?

You can check the number of points you have by logging into your account. At section "Loyalty program" you will see how many points you have.

Terms and conditions

1. The loyalty program for registered retail customers is valid from 14.02.2024 r. The loyalty program does not apply retroactively (this applies to orders and opinions regarding a completed order).

2. A Loyalty Program participant is any person who:

  • registered a customer account in the Store in accordance with the Store's regulations and
  • accepted the content of these Regulations, in particular by selecting the appropriate option in the customer account settings in the Store - subject to the further provisions of this paragraph.
  • 3. Participation in the Program is completely voluntary.

    4. Points are awarded for product purchases and opinions provided for a completed order. Points are not awarded for rating the product in the product card on the store's website.

    5. A Participant who has more than one Account cannot combine these accounts and the benefits associated with them, including transfer of Points or coupons.

    6. A Participant who has made purchases without creating a registered account prior to registering an account will not be entitled to receive points for those prior purchases.

    7. All activities and purchases made by the Participant before registering an account will be considered ineligible for accruing points under the Program.

    8. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

    9. Points and related rights obtained under the Program cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of, in particular between different Accounts belonging to different Participants.

    10. In order to use the Discount, before making the payment, select one of the available discount coupons in the basket. Only one coupon can be used when placing an order.

    11. Points can only be used in the online store to purchase goods

    12. If the purchase value is lower than the discount value, its unused part expires.

    13. The gross unit price of individual goods after using the discount cannot be lower than 1 PLN(approximately 0.23 EUR depending on the current exchange rate), with the exception of goods that have the 'SALE' status. The discount is distributed proportionally across all goods purchased as part of the transaction.

    14. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and discount codes.

    15. Points will be added to the customer's account 15 days after sending the order, receiving the order or leaving a review for the completed order.

    16. The calculation of points in the loyalty program is as follows:

  • 1 pts for every 10PLN spent(approximately 2,3 EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 17. Points can be exchanged for a discount:

  • 10 pts – 10PLN (approximately 2EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 20 pts – 20PLN (approximately 5EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 50 pts – 50PLN (approximately 12EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 100 pts – 100PLN (approximately 23EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 200 pts – 200PLN (approximately 46EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 500 pts – 500PLN (approximately 231EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 1000 pts – 1000PLN (approximately 231EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 2000 pts – 2000PLN (approximately 463EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 5000 pts – 5000PLN (approximately 1157EUR depending on the current exchange rate)
  • 18. In the event of returning goods for which the customer used a discount, the Participant will receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned goods, i.e. the price shown on the proof of purchase including the discount granted.

    19. A customer who returns a product or goods purchased using points does not recover the points when returning the goods. The exchange of points for a discount is one-time.

    20.The provisions of the regulations do not exclude or limit any rights of the participant that he or she is entitled to under mandatory provisions of law.

    21. The program is valid for an indefinite period. NEXUN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ reserves the right to end it. NEXUN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ will inform about the end of the Program on the Program website (in the Loyalty Program section) 1 month in advance. Program participants will be notified of its termination 1 month in advance by means of communication provided in the Registration Form..

    22. Points collected by the Participant until the end of the Program will be converted into a Discount on the terms provided for in the Program. You will be able to take advantage of the discount for a period of 1 month from the announcement of the end of the Program. After 1 month, the discount will be automatically canceled.

    23. Termination of the Program will result in the inability to collect points for the purchase of goods.

    24. NEXUN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations. Any such change will be announced by NEXUN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ 30 days in advance. The applicable version of the Regulations is available on the website nexun.pl in the Loyalty Program section.

    25. Information about changes to these Regulations will be posted on the website in the Loyalty Program section.

    26. The Participant will be informed about changes to these Regulations by means of communication provided in the Registration Form, and for a period of 30 days from the Participant's receipt of such information, he or she has the right to collect Points and exchange Points for the benefits provided for in the Program on the existing terms.

    27. A Participant who does not agree to the change in the Regulations has the right to submit a declaration of resignation from further participation in the Program. This declaration results in closing the Account.
