Documentation – The battery complies with international safety and environmental regulations. It has a CE certificate, meaning it meets the legal requirements of the European Union. It also includes an MSDS document with chemical composition, hazards, and safety procedures. The UN38.3 certificate confirms the product passed transport safety tests for lithium batteries. In addition, the battery meets EMC 2014/30/EU electromagnetic compatibility requirements and is compliant with IEC 62133-2-2017, which specifies safety requirements for batteries used in portable devices.
Performance – NEW Samsung INR18650-35E Li-ion cells (3500mAh) provide the longest possible battery lifespan and maximum range.
Safety – The battery is maintenance-free because its operation is controlled by a BMS (Battery Management System). The built-in 30A BMS protects the battery against over-discharge and overcharge, optimizes operation, and balances voltage between individual cells.
Easy installation – The bottle housing includes a rail with holes intended for mounting on the bicycle frame. The set also includes rivet nuts and screws for a secure installation. Four plastic spacers provide additional stabilization on the frame.
Convenient use – Slide the battery into the rail and lock it against removal by turning the key. With a single motion you can also remove the battery and take it elsewhere for charging or transport.
Full control – The battery has a built-in charge indicator that lets you quickly estimate the remaining range.
THE SET INCLUDES
Battery compatible with kits:
Note:
Do not connect this battery model to the MTB Mxus 3K Turbo 3000W kit.
Not sure if the housing will fit your bike frame? Download the templates and print at 1:1 scale. After printing, check that both marked 50 mm dimensions match reality; otherwise, the housing may have been printed at a different scale and the dimensions will not be correct.

Remember the correct order when connecting the charger to the batteries. ALWAYS connect the charger to the 230V outlet first, and then to the charging port. Do NOT connect it the other way around. This may quickly damage both the charger and the BMS installed in your battery. Reversed connection causes a sudden charging of the charger’s output capacitors through the BMS port, accompanied by a surge current that can damage the plug, socket, BMS MOSFETs, or even the charger’s transistors.
The actual pack capacity (usable capacity) is always lower than the nominal pack capacity (the nominal capacity of the cells it consists of). It is generally assumed that a finished battery based on the pack will have about 10% less real capacity than the theoretical nominal capacity. This is caused by many factors, such as the drop in cell capacity under load or the BMS leaving some capacity unused (discharging to the minimum cell voltage of about 2.7V) to extend battery life.
Maximum supported current and controller connection: 30A, XT60 (female). Remember that XT60 connectors are not waterproof; place the connection with the controller in a location protected from water.
Battery protection: The BMS safeguards the pack against over-discharge and overcharge. It also balances the pack, increasing its range and lifespan.

The cells used to construct this battery are brand new, come directly from production and are not used or recycled. They provide the longest possible battery life and maximum range.
Each battery in the nexun.pl online store is covered by a 24-month warranty for consumers and a 12-month warranty for companies.
The warranty covers:
- Cell damage
- BMS damage
- Capacity decline (over 15% per year)
The warranty does not cover:
- Errors in assembly that do not comply with the instructions or workmanship
- Improper maintenance
- Mechanical damage (cracked/broken casing, melted connection terminals, etc.)
- Changes in the product's operating characteristics depending on weather conditions (temperature)
- Water damage
To maximize battery life, use the following recommendations:
1. Fully charge the battery after each ride
2. Fully charge the battery every 3-4 weeks when you do not use it, e.g. winter break.
3. In the autumn and winter (temperature below +12*C), lithium-ion batteries have a lower capacity (by max. 30%) than in the summer, which results in a shorter range. This is normal. During this period, do not use the full power for the first 10-15 minutes of riding.
4. Do not charge the battery with a current higher than 3A.
