Incompatible controllers include all block-type controllers and all vector controllers. These types of displays are simple and basic (they do not display full load, do not calculate range, do not shut down an overheated motor, do not show consumed Ah, battery usage percentage, etc.). Even if they happened to work with other controllers, it would still be better to use a wattmeter in the form of a fully functional onboard computer.
