The indication of the engine operating temperature is to protect the engine from overheating.
Notes:
The KT-LCD8 display is not compatible with conversion kits based on gearless motors (30H, 3K turbo, etc.) and will quickly fail on a gearless motor bike. If you are looking for a display for such a set - choose, for example, KT-LCD3. KT-LCD8 displays can only be used with gear motors like XF15, XP03, XP04.
