Wattmeter display TK15 12-100V, 100A
Universal on-board computer (wattmeter) for electric vehicles. It allows you to calculate the real and true energy consumption in the installation and, thanks to the measurement of current, shows the battery capacity very accurately.
Displayed parameters:
% chargeamount of Ah consumed
estimated driving time until unloading
volatage (V)
current (A)
power (W)

Installation: Recessed into a hole with dimensions of 37.5 x 53.5mm
The wattmeter shows the battery charge by measuring Ah, so it is very accurate and allows you to use the vehicle much more efficiently. The factory controller screens are based on measuring the battery capacity on the SOC mechanism, which tries to predict the remaining energy based on the voltage drop. This mechanism is very imperfect. The wattmeter allows you to solve this problem and always receive accurate and predictable information.
The computer shows both the discharge and charging current (regenerative braking). It can also show the charger's charging current if you have a symmetrical BMS (common charge/discharge current)
1. The wattmeter remembers energy consumption after turning off the installation
2. After charging the battery, reset the wattmeter to read 100% again (see instructions below)
3. The backlight turns on when the wattmeter registers current consumption.
Connection instructions:
Disconnect installations- Connect the ignition switch (activation) wire to the B+ field of the shunt
- Connect BATTERY MINUS to field B-
- Connect the CONTROLLER MINUS to the P-
field - Connect the PLUS of the BATTERY and the PLUS of the CONTROLLER (there may be a slight spark)
- Connect the DISPLAY to the LCD socket of the shunt
First run (important!)
The computer requires one-time setup for your installation. To do this, you need to know the REAL capacity of your battery and enter it in the settings in the "CAP" position. This is NOT the rated capacity. Do not enter the value read from the battery label here. We need to measure it. To do this, connect everything, charge the battery and do a test drive with medium load and medium speed and discharge the battery UNTIL THE SYSTEM SHUTS OFF. This is important, the vehicle must turn off. For even more accurate measurement, you can discharge the last 25% of the capacity while driving with a small load, then the measurement will be even more accurate.
After the installation turns off, reconnect it and read the memorized amount of Ah on the device screen in the "Amount of used Ah" field. This number is the value you must enter in the "CAP" field in the settings. We recommend subtracting about 5% from this value to avoid draining the battery to 0.
In the settings, enter the maximum battery voltage in the "FULL V" field. It is consistent with the charging voltage of the charger
In the "ZERO V" field, enter the minimum operating voltage of the battery. If your controller cuts off the voltage faster than the BMS, enter this value in the field. If the BMS cuts off faster, enter the value from the formula: 2.65V * number of sections.
"DRIFT V" has no need to move. This option is used to adjust the display backlight activation threshold so that it does not turn on without pressing the gas pedal.
