ATTENTION:
ALWAYS check that the wires in the machine plug and the wires of the controller are compatible. The fact that the controller and the controller have the same plugs that match NOTHING MATTER, because different manufacturers have different production standards. You should always additionally check whether the wires in these connectors are compatible, i.e. after connecting them to each other, power, ground or signals will be connected correctly and in accordance with both connectors. If you disconnect the plugs but do not check if the wires coming out of them are in the correct order, you risk damaging the controller or the connected machine. The tip is especially relevant when you buy 1 element in our store and want to connect it to a second device in your home. We strongly encourage you not to use connectors and solder your installation permanently directly to each other with wires. This protects against incorrect fastening of incompatible connectors.
The store guarantees repair or replacement of equipment for up to 24 months for consumers and 12 months for companies from the date of purchase. Complete the complaint form available on the store's website.
