Notes
The controller, when connected to the KT-LCD3 or KT-LCD8s display, allows for programming tailored to a specific installation. It enables the activation of assistance, current limiting, and many other features. The display is optional; the controller works without it, but in that case, it only provides basic functionality.
On sinusoidal (and vector) controllers, the motor develops about 8% lower speed than the motor's data would suggest. However, in exchange, it achieves an 8% higher torque.
Do not use with BIONX motors or motors for electric scooters. These motors are not compatible with KT controllers and may cause serious damage.
The controller draws 25A from the battery, so the battery must have a minimum of 25A discharge current.
