RIMS

Two types of bicycle rims are available – designed for disc brakes and V-brakes, in sizes 24", 26", 27.5", and 28/29".

High-quality, reinforced, eyeleted, double-wall aluminum rims in black, specifically designed for use in electric bicycles. Their durable construction provides excellent strength and rigidity during everyday use.

These rims are ideal for city bikes and trekking bikes, as well as moderately demanding off-road riding.

SPOKES

For wheel building, we use reinforced 2.5 mm bicycle spokes in black, equipped with silver-colored nipples.

Thicker spokes provide excellent strength and wheel stability, which is particularly important for electric bicycles equipped with hub motors.

WHEEL BUILDING AND TRUING

After purchase, you will receive a professionally laced and trued bicycle wheel, ready for installation in your bicycle frame or fork.

The service includes selecting the correct spoke lengths, wheel lacing, and precise wheel truing to ensure proper operation and stability while riding.

Tip:

Remember that even a professionally built wheel requires spoke tension adjustment after riding a certain distance. Typically, the first spoke tension check and adjustment should be performed after the first 50–200 km, depending on your riding style.

If the spokes begin to rattle, this may indicate that they have settled and require final tension adjustment. This service can be performed by any professional bicycle repair shop.

The motor is custom-laced into the selected rim after the customer places an order. Due to the customized nature of the product, it is not eligible for return under the standard right of withdrawal, where the applicable legal conditions for this exception are met.
