- GT500 controller Operating voltage: 36V-48V (LiPo / LiIon 10s-13s batteries, 3-4pcs gel batteries). Maximum input voltage 60V Maximum current: 30A Nominal power: 600W Maximum power: 1450W
GT500W controller, 36-48V, 30A
APPLICATION

Description of the cables:
Black, Red, Red [thin] - Main power to the controller, thin red is the key switch. To start the controller, apply voltage (PLUS) of the battery to the thin red wire, e.g. through a switch, ignition switch with a key with cables, etc.
Blue, Yellow, Green - Motor power
Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green - Hall sensors
Black [GND], Red [+ 5V], Green [SIGNAL] [WHITE PLUG] - Throttle
Blue (signal), Brown (Phase C), Violet (ignition switch) - alarm connector
Yellow - Brake-Hi - high level brake activation (12V)
White, Black - Brake-Low - brake activation by connecting the wires
Black [GND], red [+ BAT] (thin wires) - power supply for the purposes of an alarm or battery voltage indicator
Violet [+ whip], Brown [phase], Blue [signal] [red plug] - Alarm and wheel lock wires. By default, an alarm module is connected in this place, which blocks the wheel and activates some sound signal. You can also add this lock yourself by shorting the appropriate wires. A description of how to do this is available on the ebike.nexun.pl blog
White, White - Controller self learning mode. See description below.
Orange, Black [WHITE PLUG] - Cruise control
Brown, Black [WHITE PLUG] - short circuit changes the direction of travel.
Orange - Black - Blue - 3 speed switching. Connection [Orange-Black] = Speed3 - fastest, [Wires open] = Speed2 - medium, [Black-Blue] = Speed1 - slowest.
Yellow-green - 5V rectangular signal for the needs of the speedometer (usually connected to a watt-meter or other computer or to universal displays
Self-study procedure:
1. Connect the 2 self-learning cables
2. Turn on the ignition switch. The controller will start turning the wheel by itself, setting the sequence of phases and halls.
3. If the wheel is turning in the wrong direction, turn the ignition switch off and on or use the lever - the controller will change direction
4. If the wheel turns in the right direction - wait 5 seconds, disconnect the white cables, and then turn off the ignition
5. Done
If you intend to use it at powers higher than nominal - provide it with cooling, i.e. do not close it in places without air circulation.
Note:
ALWAYS check that the wires in the machine plug and the wiring of the controller coupler are compatible. The fact that the controller and the device have the same plugs that match NOTHING MATTER, as different manufacturers have different production standards. You should always additionally check whether the wires in these connectors are compatible, i.e. after connecting them to each other, power, ground or signals will be connected correctly and in accordance with both connectors. If you unfasten the plugs but do not check if the wires coming out of them are in the correct order, you risk damaging the driver or the connected device. The tip applies especially to situations when you buy 1 element in our store and want to connect it to a second device in your home. We strongly encourage you not to use connectors and to solder your installation permanently directly to each other with wires. This protects against incorrect fastening of incompatible connectors.
The store guarantees repair or replacement of equipment for up to 24 months for consumers and 12 months for companies from the date of purchase. Complete the complaint form available on the store's website.
