- GT1500W controller, 36-72V, Current: 45A Technical data: Operating voltage: 36-72V (LiPo/LiIon batteries 12-20s). Maximum operating voltage- 84V
GT1500W controller, 36-72V, 45A
APPLICATION
Regenerative braking is factory set for a 48V battery.
Description of the cables:
Black, Red - main power supply to the controller
Yellow, Green, Blue - Main motor power
Red [+ 5V], Black [GND], Blue, Green, Yellow - motor hall sensors connector
Black [GND], green [SYG], red [+ 5V]> - throttle
Red [+ vBat], black [GND] - the main power supply of the controller
Violet[ignition switch], red [+ BATT] - ignition switch - connection of these wires activates the controller
Black [GND], Pink [Cruise control] - when connected, it activates the cruise control in the controller
Orange - Black - Blue - 3 speed switching. Connection [Orange-Black] = Speed3 - slowest, [Wires open] = Speed2 - medium, [Black-Blue] = Speed1 - fastest.
Green [impulse] - impulse output to the speed meter used in electric scooters
Orange, orange - the connection activates regenerative braking when the brake levers are used
Yellow - Brake-HI cable - has the same function as Black + White brake levers - it is used to connect the brake levers
Black, White - brake lines - connection causes motor operation shutdown.
Brown, Black - Reverse - The connection changes the direction of rotation of the motor.
White + White - controller self learning mode
Self-study procedure:
1. Connect the 2 self-learning cables
2. Turn on the ignition switch. The controller will start turning the wheel by itself, setting the sequence of phases and halls. 3. If the wheel is turning in the wrong direction, turn the ignition switch off and on or use the lever - the controller will change direction
3. If the wheel turns in the right direction - wait 5 seconds, disconnect the white cables, and then turn off the ignition
4. Ready
High power controller for more advanced designs. It offers high top speed and significant torque thanks to its high current value. Due to this - only a motor with a large reserve of power, e.g. the Mxus 3K models, can work with this controller
The controller is universal in terms of voltage and can be used in bicycle installations with rated voltages of 48, 60 or 72V.
Remember that over 3kw supplied to the motor is a lot of power, so it is advisable that the motor and the controller have some temperature monitoring and / or a thermal switch (thermal protection)
If you intend to use it at powers higher than the nominal - provide it with cooling, i.e. do not close it in places without air circulation.
Note:
ALWAYS check that the wires in the machine plug and the wiring of the controller coupler are compatible. The fact that the controller and the device have the same plugs that match NOTHING MATTER, as different manufacturers have different production standards. You should always additionally check whether the wires in these connectors are compatible, i.e. after connecting them to each other, power, ground or signals will be connected correctly and in accordance with both connectors. If you unfasten the plugs but do not check if the wires coming out of them are in the correct order, you risk damaging the driver or the connected device. The tip applies especially to situations when you buy 1 element in our store and want to connect it to a second device in your home. We strongly encourage you not to use connectors and to solder your installation permanently directly to each other with wires. This protects against incorrect fastening of incompatible connectors.
The store guarantees repair or replacement of equipment for up to 24 months for consumers and 12 months for companies from the date of purchase. Complete the complaint form available on the store's website.
