Electric Bike Battery 13s7p 48V Rack

BATTERY FOR ELECTRIC BIKE 13S7P 48V RACK
A spacious and solid lithium-ion battery, built in a 13s7p configuration with a nominal voltage of 48V, designed for installation in the rear rack of an electric bike. Thanks to its large capacity, it provides long range, making it ideal for both daily commuting and longer recreational rides.
The rack-type housing features a convenient mounting system and an aesthetic design, allowing the battery to blend seamlessly with the bike. The integrated BMS system ensures user safety by protecting the cells from overcharging, deep discharge, and overheating. A reliable power source for those who value convenience, functionality, and long range in their electric bike.

Note:

Do not connect this battery model to the MTB Mxus 3K Turbo 3000W kit.
Remember the correct order when connecting the charger to the battery. ALWAYS plug the charger into the 230V outlet first, and then into the charging port. Do NOT connect in reverse. Doing so may quickly damage both the charger and the BMS installed in your battery. Reversed connection causes a sudden charging of the charger’s output capacitors through the BMS port, accompanied by a surge current that can damage the plug, socket, BMS MOSFETs, or even the charger’s transistors.
The actual pack capacity (usable capacity) is always lower than the nominal pack capacity (the nominal capacity of the cells it consists of). It is generally assumed that a finished battery based on a pack will have about 10% less real capacity than the theoretical nominal capacity. This is due to many factors, such as the drop in cell capacity under load, or the BMS leaving some capacity unused (discharging to the minimum cell voltage of about 2.7V) to extend battery life.
If your BMS has a power-on circuit (two white wires) and it is open (wires are not shorted), you must connect them (short the wires) to turn the BMS on.
Each battery in the nexun.pl online store is covered by a 24-month warranty for consumers and a 12-month warranty for companies.
The warranty covers:
- Cell damage
- BMS damage
- Capacity decline (over 15% per year)
The warranty does not cover:
- Errors in assembly that do not comply with the instructions or workmanship
- Improper maintenance
- Mechanical damage (cracked/broken casing, melted connection terminals, etc.)
- Changes in the product's operating characteristics depending on weather conditions (temperature)
- Water damage
To maximize battery life, use the following recommendations:
1. Fully charge the battery after each ride
2. Fully charge the battery every 3-4 weeks when you do not use it, e.g. winter break.
3. In the autumn and winter (temperature below +12*C), lithium-ion batteries have a lower capacity (by max. 30%) than in the summer, which results in a shorter range. This is normal. During this period, do not use the full power for the first 10-15 minutes of riding.
4. Do not charge the battery with a current higher than 3A.
