ASSEMBLY SERVICE
When placing an order, you can choose an additional battery assembly service. With this option, you will receive a fully assembled and tested battery, ready for immediate use in an electric bike or another device.
As part of the service:
- the cell pack is welded and properly secured,
- the BMS module is installed,
- the housing is mounted,
- the necessary wiring is completed,
- the entire unit undergoes a functionality test.
You receive a complete battery that only needs to be installed in your bike so you can enjoy riding — without the need for soldering or assembling the components yourself.
Advantages of assembling the battery yourself:
The kit includes:
13S4P PACK
Lithium-ion pack. It's the main component of the battery. After adding a compatible BMS, it's ready to use.
BMS
Battery Management System (BMS) – this device automates the battery's operation. When connected to a suitable charger, it ensures proper charging and discharging. It's an essential part of a properly built e-bike.
Lithium batteries (Li-ion, Li-Po, etc.) require attention and care. They must not be charged above 4.2V per cell or discharged below 3V per cell. BMS exists to monitor these conditions in daily use.

You don't know if the battery case will fit your bike frame? Download the templates and print at a scale of 1:1, after printing, check whether both marked dimensions of 50mm are consistent with reality, otherwise the casing could have been printed in a different scale and the dimensions will not match

Always remember the correct order when connecting the charger to the battery. ALWAYS connect the charger to the 230V socket first, and only then to the battery charging port. DO NOT reverse this order — doing so may cause serious damage to both the charger and the BMS in your battery. Reversed connection may cause a sudden inrush of current through the BMS socket, damaging the plug, socket, BMS MOSFETs, or even the charger transistors.
The actual usable capacity of the pack is always lower than the nominal capacity (based on individual cells). A finished battery will usually offer about 10% less real capacity than the theoretical one. This is due to several factors, such as voltage sag under load or unused capacity left by the BMS to protect the battery’s lifespan (e.g. stopping discharge around 2.7V per cell).
If your BMS has an enabling circuit (two white wires) and it’s disconnected, you need to short those wires to activate the BMS.
Each cell and package in the nexun.pl online store is covered by a 24-month warranty for consumers and a 12-month warranty for companies.
The warranty covers:
- Cell damage
- Capacity decline (over 15% per year)
The warranty does not cover:
- Errors in assembly that do not comply with the manual or workmanship
- Improper maintenance
- Mechanical damage
- Changes in the product's operating characteristics depending on weather conditions (temperature)
- Water damage
To maximize battery life, use the following recommendations:
1. Fully charge the battery after each ride
2. Fully charge the battery every 3-4 weeks when you do not use it, e.g. winter break.
3. In the autumn and winter (temperature below +12*C), lithium-ion batteries have a lower capacity (by max. 30%) than in the summer, which results in a shorter range. This is normal. During this period, do not use the full powerf or the first 10-15 minutes of riding.
