KT SINUS CONTROLLER
The SINUS controller, compared to classic block controllers, allows for smoother driving, reduces energy consumption and makes the motor run quieter.
Description of the cables:
Black (MINUS), Red (plus) [blue terminals] - Main power supply of the controller
Black JULLET connector - motor connection.
Black [GND], Red [+5V], White [SIGNAL] [BLACK PLUG] - Throttle
Yellow [GND], Green [SIGNAL], Red [+5V] - PAS sensor
White [Signal], Black [GND] - short circuit activates reverse gear (gearless motors only)
Yellow [SIGNAL], Black [GND] [2 pairs of wires] - Brake-Low - brake activation by connecting brake sensors.
Red [+BAT], Blue [IGNITION], Black [GND], Green/Blue [TX/RX] [white plug] - KT display connector
Blue, Blue - Speed limiter at 25 km/h
Note:
ALWAYS check that the wires in the machine plug and the wiring of the controller coupler are compatible. The fact that the controller and the device have the same plugs that match NOTHING MATTER, as different manufacturers have different production standards. You should always additionally check whether the wires in these connectors are compatible, i.e. after connecting them to each other, power, ground or signals will be connected correctly and in accordance with both connectors. If you unfasten the plugs but do not check if the wires coming out of them are in the correct order, you risk damaging the driver or the connected device. The tip applies especially to situations when you buy 1 element in our store and want to connect it to a second device in your home. We strongly encourage you not to use connectors and to solder your installation permanently directly to each other with wires. This protects against incorrect fastening of incompatible connectors.
