The original CGQS8 speed sensor is designed for Tongsheng TSDZ2-C, TSDZ8, and TSDZ16 mid-drive motors. It accurately measures the bicycle's speed and transmits the data to the motor controller, ensuring proper pedal-assist operation and displaying the current speed on the bike's display. The sensor works with a spoke-mounted magnet, with a recommended gap of 5–15 mm between the sensor and the magnet.
It is the ideal replacement for a damaged or worn speed sensor, providing reliable system performance and easy installation without any modifications to the wiring.
