Adapter that moves the disc away from the motor housing. It is necessary if the clamp does not fit between the housing and the disc. It allows you to get an additional 2mm or 3mm, which is usually enough for the correct assembly of the brake system.
APPLICATION
There is 15.5mm of free space left after mounting the disc. Use a caliper to measure the width of the clamps in the right place. If they are wider - use this spacer to increase the amount of space to 17.5mm. In other engines, the dimensions of the free space may be slightly different - so check the documentation and dimensions of the specific engine model.
The high quality of workmanship guarantees even adhesion of the disc to the motor. This prevents it from bending.
Attention:
The spacer is suitable for RH280x engines (freewheel). The "D" cassette version of the motor has 20mm of free space and there is usually no need to use this spacer.
