TSDZ8 48V 750W controller is a key component of the electric bike drive system, ensuring smooth and efficient motor operation. Integrating the controller with the motor housing not only minimizes the number of external connections but also shortens the time needed for replacement, making servicing easier. Designed to work with the TSDZ8 mid-drive motor, it is ideal for 750W e-bikes, providing precise control and optimal performance. The controller features phase wires and a Hall sensor connector, enabling stable and accurate motor control. It is also equipped with an XT60 connector for battery connection, ensuring safe power supply. Additionally, a main wiring harness is used to connect the throttle, display, and brake levers, as well as a dedicated connector for the speed sensor, ensuring full control over the drive system. The controller is sealed, effectively protecting it against water and moisture, extending its lifespan, and ensuring reliable operation in various weather conditions.
