Controller KT60ZWSRCK, 60V 45A (squarewave)
A controller with a Squarewave form. The main advantages of this type of controller in relation to the sinusoidal are higher maximum speed (by about 10%), more dynamic reaction to the accelerator throttle (weaker soft starter, the impression of greater drive force), the ability to work with motors with low winding resistance (Mxus 3K turbo 21x3 and all other types of high-speed motors and central high-speed motors). The disadvantages are mainly the "purring" of the motor, ie the motor is not silent as in the sine control, but makes a silent low noise.

Connectors in the controller Controller KT60ZWSRCK, 60V 45A (Squarewave):
Red [+ BAT], Black [GND]: power supply to the controller
Green, Yellow, Blue: Feed phases to the motor
Green, Yellow, Blue, Red [5V], Black [GND] (white square connector): Hall sensors in the motor
Green [TX], Yellow [RX], Blue [ignition switch], Red [+ BAT], Black [GND] (white flat connector): KT-LCD3 display
2x Yellow [signal], 2x Black [GND]: brake lever connection
White in hall connector [signal]: Input for NTC10K temperature sensor
White [signal], Red [+ 5V], Black [GND] - Throttle
Yellow [GND], Green [signal], Red [+ 5V] - PAS sensor
Blue, Blue - 25 km / h and 250W power limitation top and not dependent on the display and its power and speed settings. Connected causes the restriction to activate. The function is prepared for the installation of a discreet switch
White, Black - Reverse - When both wires are connected, the controller starts driving in reverse
On sine (and vector) controllers, the motor develops a speed that is approximately 8% lower than indicated by the motor data, but instead achieves 8% more torque.
ALWAYS check that the wires in the machine plug and the wires of the controller coupler are compatible. The fact that the controller and the device have the same plugs that match NOTHING MATTER, as different manufacturers have different production standards. You should always additionally check whether the wires in these connectors are compatible, i.e. after connecting them to each other, power, ground or signals will be connected correctly and in accordance with both connectors. If you unplug the plugs but do not check if the wires coming out of them are in the correct order, you risk damaging the driver or the connected device. The tip applies especially to situations when you buy 1 element in our store and want to connect it to a second device in your home. We strongly encourage you not to use connectors and to solder your installation permanently directly to each other with wires. This protects against incorrect fastening of incompatible connectors.
Important:
Note 2: The controller has the function of monitoring the motor temperature. To activate it, you must have an NTC10k temperature sensor in the motor. Connecting it between Black [GND] + White [temperature] in the cube from the hall will allow you to read the temperature on the KT-LCD3 display after activating this function in the display menu
Note 3: If you intend to use it at close to maximum power - provide it with cooling, i.e. do not close it in places without airflow (the controller can work outside the box, but remember to install it with the pipes downwards - the water will not run on them pour it inside) or install a thermal protection (thermal switch at 80 ° C) to protect the controller against overheating. You can install the thermal switch on the blue wire between the display and the controller.
