Electric bike 36V 23.4Ah 842Wh downtube battery with charger (B2.CH) - 83 km
- A "bdowntube" type bicycle battery mounted in the bicycle frame with a matching charger. A larger housing provides space for a larger number of cells, which allows you to cover longer distances on a single charge.

Attention:
Remember the correct order of connecting the charger to the batteries. ALWAYS first plug the charger into a 230V outlet and then into a charging socket. DO NOT connect in reverse. This can quickly damage both the charger and the BMS mounted in your battery pack. Reverse connection causes the effect of sudden charging of the charger output capacitors through the BMS socket. This is accompanied by the flow of a huge current that can damage the plug, the socket, the BMS mosfets or even the charger transistors.
The real capacity of the pack (capacity available) is always less than the rated capacity of the pack (rated capacity of the cells that comprise it). It is assumed that the finished battery based on the pack will have about 10% less real capacity than the theoretical rated capacity. This is caused by a number of factors such as, a decrease in cell capacity under load, or leaving unused capacity by the BMS (discharging to the minimum cell voltage to about 2.7V) aimed at extending the life of the battery pack.
Maximum supported current and connection to the controller: 30A, XT60 (female) connector Remember that XT60 connectors are not waterproof, place the connection to the controller in a waterproof place.
Battery protection: the safety of the package is supervised by the BMS, which protects against over-discharge and over-charging. In addition, it balances the package, increasing its range and lifespan.

The cells used for construction come from disassembly unused cell packages. They have the same capacity and service life as new cells. They are an excellent alternative to having a larger battery at a lower price.
Before welding, the cells undergo tests for capacity and internal resistance.
Each battery in the nexun.pl online store is covered by a 24-month warranty for consumers and a 12-month warranty for companies.
The warranty covers:
- Cell damage
- BMS damage
- Capacity decline (over 15% per year)
The warranty does not cover:
- Errors in assembly that do not comply with the instructions or workmanship
- Improper maintenance
- Mechanical damage (cracked/broken casing, melted connection terminals, etc.)
- Changes in the product's operating characteristics depending on weather conditions (temperature)
- Water damage
To maximize battery life, use the following recommendations:
1. Fully charge the battery after each ride
2. Fully charge the battery every 3-4 weeks when you do not use it, e.g. winter break.
3. In the autumn and winter (temperature below +12*C), lithium-ion batteries have a lower capacity (by max. 30%) than in the summer, which results in a shorter range. This is normal. During this period, do not use the full power for the first 10-15 minutes of riding.
4. Do not charge the battery with a current higher than 3A.
