BATTERY FOR ELECTRIC BIKE TRIANGLE – TN10-21700 16S5P
A powerful and efficient lithium-ion battery in a triangular case, built in a 16s5p configuration using modern 21700 cells. Its nominal voltage of 60V provides even greater power and high energy efficiency, making it perfectly suited for electric bikes with demanding performance requirements. The triangular design makes it easy to install inside the bike frame, fitting especially well in MTB models and off-road vehicles.
The battery has been designed for use with high-performance motor kits, offering stable operation even under heavy loads. The built-in BMS system protects against overcharging, deep discharge, and overheating, enhancing both safety and cell longevity. Thanks to its large capacity, the battery enables long-distance rides and intensive off-road use, providing a reliable power source for the most demanding riders.

Notes:

Not sure if the enclosure will fit into your bike frame? Download the templates and print them at a 1:1 scale. After printing, check if both marked dimensions of 50mm match the actual measurements. If not, the enclosure may have been printed at a different scale, and the dimensions won't match.

Remember the correct order for connecting the charger to the batteries.Remember the correct order for connecting the charger to the batteries. DO NOT connect them in reverse. This could cause rapid damage to both the charger and the BMS installed in your battery. Reversing the connection triggers a sudden charge of the output capacitors in the charger through the BMS port. This results in a massive current flow that can damage the plug, socket, BMS mosfets, or even the charger transistors.
The actual capacity of the pack (available capacity) is always lower than the nominal capacity of the pack (nominal capacity of the cells within it). It is assumed that a finished battery pack will have approximately 10% less actual capacity than the theoretical nominal capacity. This is due to factors such as the reduction in cell capacity under load, and the unused capacity left by the BMS (discharging to the minimum cell voltage of about 2.7V), which is intended to prolong the battery life.
If your BMS has an enabling circuit (two white wires) and it is disconnected (wires are not shorted), you need to connect them (short the wires) to turn on the BMS.
Each battery in the nexun.pl online store is covered by a 24-month warranty for consumers and a 12-month warranty for companies.
The warranty covers:
- Cell damage
- BMS damage
- Capacity decline (over 15% per year)
The warranty does not cover:
- Errors in assembly that do not comply with the instructions or workmanship
- Improper maintenance
- Mechanical damage (cracked/broken casing, melted connection terminals, etc.)
- Changes in the product's operating characteristics depending on weather conditions (temperature)
- Water damage
To maximize battery life, use the following recommendations:
1. Fully charge the battery after each ride
2. Fully charge the battery every 3-4 weeks when you do not use it, e.g. winter break.
3. In the autumn and winter (temperature below +12*C), lithium-ion batteries have a lower capacity (by max. 30%) than in the summer, which results in a shorter range. This is normal. During this period, do not use the full power for the first 10-15 minutes of riding.
4. Do not charge the battery with a current higher than 3A.
