Download the templates and print it in a 1:1 scale, after printing, check that both marked dimensions of 50mm are consistent with reality, otherwise the housing could be printed in a different scale and the dimensions will not match.

Lithium-ion package. It is the main element for building a battery. After soldering the correct BMS, it is ready to work.
Approximate range in summer at 25-27km/h and 50% motor assistance: 115 km
CHARGER 13S 3A 54,6V DC 2.1/5.5
Fast automatic charger for LiIon and LiPoly batteries (lithium-ion and lithium polymer). No configuration required, it works straight away. After the battery is charged, the charger switches to standby.
The housing is roomy enough that it allows you to use all 91 baskets for cells, and it will also fit BMS inside
Battery management system (BMS) - it is a device that automates the entire process of using batteries. After connecting a suitable charger to the BMS, it monitors its proper charging and discharging. It is an integral part of a properly constructed electric bike.
Lithium batteries (lithium ion, lithium polymer and others) are serviceable and require care and attention. They cannot be charged above 4.2V per cell and discharged below 3V per cell. In order to supervise them in everyday use, a device called BMS was invented.

Be sure to connect the charger to the batteries in the correct order. ALWAYS connect the charger to a 230V socket first and then to the charging socket. DO NOT connect upside down. This can quickly damage both the charger and the BMS installed in your battery. Reverse connection causes the effect of sudden charging of the output capacitors of the charger through the BMS socket. This is accompanied by the flow of huge current that can damage the plug, socket, BMS mosfets or even the charger transistors.
The real capacity of a package (available capacity) is always lower than the nominal capacity of a package (rated capacity of its cells). It is assumed that a ready battery based on a package will have about 10% lower real capacity than the theoretical rated capacity. It is caused by many factors, such as the decrease in the capacity of the cells under load, or leaving the unused capacity by the BMS (discharge to the minimum cell voltage to about 2.7V) in order to extend the life of the battery.
If your BMS has a turn-on circuit (two white wires) and it is disconnected (wires are not short-circuited) then it needs to be connected (short-circuited) to turn on the BMS.
