An advanced bidon battery with a voltage of 48V and an impressive energy capacity of 16Ah (768Wh) has been constructed using brand-new LG INR18650MH1 cells with a capacity of 3200mAh, ensuring reliability and long-lasting performance for your electric bike. Now you can enjoy an extended range and full power in your two-wheeled adventures.

We provide the highest quality

Performance - NEW Li-ion INR18650MH1 cells with a capacity of 3200mAh ensure the longest possible battery life and maximum range.

Safety - The battery is maintenance-free because all control over its operation is exercised by the BMS (Battery Management System). The built-in BMS with a power of 30A protects the battery against excessive discharge and overcharge, optimizes battery operation and balances the voltage between individual cells.

Simple assembly - The battery case includes a rail with holes intended for installation in a bicycle frame. Additionally, the set includes rivet nuts and screws enabling strong installation of the battery. Additional stabilization on the frame is provided by 4 plastic pads.

Convenient use - Slide the battery into the rail and lock it before sliding out by turning the key. With one move, we can also dismantle the battery and move it to another place for e.g. charging or transport.

Full control - The battery has a built-in battery charge indicator that allows you to quickly determine the remaining range of the bike.
THE SET INCLUDES

The battery fits the sets:

Attention:

Do not connect this battery model to the Mxus 3K Turbo 3000W MTB kit..
You don't know if the housing will fit your bike frame? Download the templates and print in a 1:1 scale. After printing, check whether both marked dimensions of 50 mm are consistent with reality, otherwise the casing could have been printed in a different scale and the dimensions will not match.

Remember to connect the charger to the batteries in the correct order. ALWAYS first connect the charger to a 230V socket and then to the charging socket. DO NOT connect upside down. This may quickly damage both the charger and the BMS installed in your battery. The reverse connection causes the effect of sudden charging of the charger's output capacitors through the BMS socket. This is accompanied by the flow of huge current that can damage the plug, socket, BMS mosfets or even charger transistors.
The real capacity of the pack (available capacity) is always smaller than the rated capacity of the pack (rated capacity of the cells it contains). It is assumed that the finished battery based on the package will have approximately 10% less real capacity than the theoretical rated capacity. This is caused by many factors, such as a decrease in cell capacity under load, or the capacity left unused by the BMS (discharge to the minimum cell voltage of approximately 2.7V) in order to extend the battery life.
Maximum supported current and connection to the controller: 30A, XT60 connector (female) Remember that XT60 connectors are not waterproof, place the connection to the controller in a water-resistant place.
Battery protection: The safety of the package is ensured by the BMS system, which protects against excessive discharge and overcharge. Additionally, it balances the package, increasing its range and durability.
